La Bête opened its doors on July 20, 2009, in the Delta 3 building at 2875 Laurier Boulevard in Sainte-Foy, Quebec. This culinary orchestra is led by a passionate and experienced quartet: Christian Veilleux, Lyne Blackburn, Marc-Olivier Germain, and Louis Lévesque. They are dedicated to making La Bête a delicious dining experience in a cozy and festive atmosphere where guests create wonderful memories.
