Coming from a family of restaurateurs, Christian discovered the profession at the age of 10. Working in every position in the kitchen and in the dining room, he became a team leader at 19. His passion for management, innovation, and development led him to secure an 18-month internship in restaurant management at the prestigious Le Meurice hotel in Paris.
In 2004, he opened his first restaurant, Versa, in the St-Roch district. The idea for La Bête was born from this adventure and materialized in 2009.
A born leader, Christian is passionate about quality and has always known how to surround himself with the best to make La Bête the benchmark steakhouse in Quebec City.
